We work very closely with the local Planning Authority - Highland Council
to make sure all things are taken into consideration before we
begin siting a new building.
We can build on your own plot subject to conditions, and we also
build on our own sites as part of a build/purchase. Often customers
can secure a new home before it is built - please ask for further
